I don’t understand life
One goes to school to learn.
Then one goes to university or another institution to learn more.
After that, one finds a job.
At the job, one starts training.
After completing the training, one works their way up in the company.
Once one has worked their way up, they eventually become the CEO.
And thus, one has won at life or completed the system.
Or something like that.
But that’s nonsense and irrational.
Anyone can start a company and skip these steps.
Furthermore, climbing the corporate ladder is unsystematic because one should ask the boss for a raise, thereby never having a clear “level system” like in school, where levels are defined by report cards or grades.
Also, no one simply hands over a CEO position.
Positions are also given out due to “connections.”
Solution Proposals
School
The school system is corrupt and illogical. Why this is the case or what exactly is corrupt about it, or as others say, “outdated,” you can read about in various sources on the internet on your own.
In my ideal world, school should be designed as follows:
I think that in the first 1-5 grades, children should be taught the following:
- Grammar
- Morals
- Values
- Manners
- Cooking
- Laundry
- Everyday situations
- Stress situations
- Communication
- Discipline
- Learning
What many people think should be taught by “parents,” I find incorrect, as every generation and culture is different and new scientific discoveries can lead to better behaviors.
Therefore, there should be a standard that can only be guaranteed by the school.
School and all other institutions, with a few exceptions, should have a modular system. I mean a system like in the Duolingo app or in most universities. This way, students can better prepare for future university studies and follow the learning process more clearly.
Grades
Every child can learn anything.
The only crucial factors are the method and the learning material.
This means that grades are irrational.
Work
Every job should have a position for newcomers where they can be hired and trained without a “university education document”.
This training should be permanently recorded in the resume or a similar document.
Jobs should also teach the worker what they need to know.
Jobs should also offer opportunities for further education, regardless of the worker’s position.
Problem
If everyone is equal, no one is special, and there is a lack of social structure. This destroys the hierarchical structure that we have established. In the workplace, people would then choose the weaker person, who cannot defend themselves and does the same work for less pay.
Follow the system for now, or you will perish. It helps no one if you end up homeless due to corruption. But if an opportunity arises, try to change the system.
