Introduction
Women have nothing to do in men’s areas including in the restroom or changing rooms
There is often a discussion about men not belonging in women’s areas, meaning men should not go into women’s changing rooms or restrooms. [1] (This discussion also includes transgender individuals. [2])
However, there is almost never a discussion about the reverse situation, where women should not go into men’s areas.
Even though it is relatively rare today for women to enter men’s areas, it does happen occasionally. This should be stopped and legally prosecuted.
It is self-explanatory that people should use the facilities designated for their own gender. If this is not the case, they should address the person. For example, if a woman enters the men’s changing room, anyone should (regardless of whether one is a woman or a man) confront her. If she ignores this, one should inform the staff.

But what if a female reporter enters men’s changing rooms, where men might be naked and could potentially be exposed? Exactly that happened in the USA. Here are the sources: [3]
In my opinion, this reporter should be fired, and her camera crew should be ashamed. If it were the other way around, people would talk badly about these individuals. This reporter is trampling on men’s privacy. How could this have been allowed? And this perverse reporter is still playing the innocent lamb today.
The normalization of women entering male changing rooms is also being pushed by the media. What the hell? [4]
Women have no business in the men’s changing room.
men’s restroom
Many women even use the men’s restroom, especially at concerts, because the line for the women’s restroom is too long. The problem starts with this is the urinals.
The idea behind separate toilets is that the genders remain concealed. If there were no urinals in the men’s restroom, it wouldn’t be a problem. But since urinals exist, women might possibly see tails. Does this mean that women, in turn, should expose their flower? (Or women use a Urinella, and then urinals are also installed in the women’s restroom)
It is particularly inappropriate in the men’s restroom because men might accidentally expose themselves. In the women’s restroom, you can’t see anything anyway.
It is absolutely unacceptable for women to simply enter the men’s restroom and thus not respect the privacy of men. This is a clear violation of intimacy. It is time that we respect the privacy of all people and recognize separate toilets for what they are: a necessary means to protect intimacy.
If women are allowed to use the men’s restroom, then men should also be allowed to use the women’s restroom. This would make the concept of separate toilets useless.

History (USA)
While in many European countries and parts of Asia, naturism and the Freikörperkultur (FKK) found widespread acceptance, the situation in the USA was different.
In the USA, the privacy of boys was often ignored, and there was a widespread notion that women were considered “cleaner” or more moral. (This cultural background might explain the incident with the reporter. However, it does not excuse her criminal offense and sexual assault.)

Animes und Medien:
Even in anime, the privacy of men is often ignored. While it is completely acceptable to show male characters with visible penises, especially when they are children, this is considered humorous or entertaining.
However, if a naked woman shows her breasts, it is labeled as “Ecchi” and often portrayed as sexually stimulating or alluring.
On the other hand, showing the genitals of a girl is labeled as “Lolicon” or pedophilic, while showing the genitals of boys is barely considered.
Anime, however, mostly show the tails of boys but not the genitals of girls, which reinforces the double standard.
Either you show the genitals of girls as well, or you don’t show any genitals at all.
This is not just a thing of the past; it is still ongoing today. Many companies, teams, and studies either do not see or ignore this societal inequality.
These differences in representation reflect deeply rooted societal norms and stereotypes that are widespread in Japanese and other Asian cultures. It is important to recognize and question these.
